Delete your account

In the app or on the website

Sign in, open Account, and choose Delete account. Deletion happens straight away. If you have a paid plan, it stops at the same moment.

By email

Email support@speakandstay.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We do the same deletion for you.

What is deleted

Your account, your email address, your settings, your prepared topics, your practice conversations and recordings, and your sign-in history. This cannot be undone.

What is kept

Payment records are kept by our payment provider as tax and accounting law requires. Anonymous practice statistics with no link to you may be kept. If you gave marking-calibration consent, practice transcripts are kept without your name or email; everything else is removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
