1. Who controls your data
Aldaim Digital Ltd is the data controller for Speak & Stay. We keep the personal data we hold to the minimum needed to run the service.
2. What we collect
Your email address; the language you choose; what you are preparing for and your test date; your practice conversations and their feedback; and basic usage events. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and that it is verified. We do not collect your Google password.
3. Voice recordings
When you practise speaking, your audio is processed to transcribe and mark your answers. We keep the transcript so you can review your feedback. Turn audio is deleted after 90 days unless you have given consent for us to keep examples to improve marking quality.
4. How we use it
To run your account, give you feedback, track your progress, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
5. Who we share with
Service providers who help us operate: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Deepgram and Anthropic (speech and AI for practice and marking), Stripe (payments), and our email provider. They process data on our instructions only.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data, and object to certain uses. To delete your account, contact us and we will remove your personal data, keeping only what the law requires or what you consented to for quality improvement.
